What was the highlight of Mall Suites Hotel
Clean, functional, not expensive and friendly personel.
Over a period of 3 weeks we stayed 3 times at Mall Suites hotel. We booked 3 times different types of rooms. Only the last time the tv was a little dissapointing because we could only use Youtube and Netflix, no Thai or international channels. But is the only small remark. The hotel is ideal for people that only stay a few days when going to other places. Being next the 'The Mall' is a blessing because there you find all you can imagine, and with a very large 4th floor with only international resteaurants.
Only the last room we booked had a little remark that the tv was not able to receive Thai tv of other international channels. Only Youtube and Netflix. But the other rooms did have this. So this is not a dealbraker. The hotel is in the process of renovating. Some rooms still need to be done and give a 'older' impression.

In general, the hotel is very convenience for my friend family and good service.
My friend like the location, since it is closed to the mall and various restaurants, easy for them to find the food to consume.
Only it's a bit far away from downtown, and where they would like to go.
